Xiaomi has finally launched the new Mi 10i in India. The company has also confirmed that this model is the rebrand of the Mi 10T-Lite model.
The ‘I’ in the model name stands for India and as per the company, this model has been customized as per the Indian audience.
The model has scored 652 points on single-core and 2004 points on multi-core. It will also be the first-ever smartphone in India to come with a Samsung HM2 sensor.
Some of the major highlights of the smartphone include a quad rear camera setup, punch hole display, larger screen, faster processor, huge battery backup, and fast charging.
Mi 10i Price and Availability
There are mainly three variants that are available for the users. For the 6GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, the price is set at Rs. 20,999. The 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage variant will be priced at Rs. 21,999, while the 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage model is set at Rs. 23,999 for the users.
The Mi 10i will be officially available for sale on the Amazon India website, Mi studio, Mi official website, and the Mi home stores. The sale has started on 7th January at 12 noon.
As per Xiaomi, the phone will be accessible at 10,000 plus retail stores across the country very soon. Open sales for the model began from 8th January 2021 at 12 noon.
Mi 10i Details and Specification
The Mi 10i will have the same level of display as the other Mi 10 phones feature. It will have a 6.67-inch Adaptive Sync display, which is HDR and HDR 10 compliant. The phone also has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5, both front as well as the back of the phone for protection against scratches. The phone will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor, supporting a 5G network and 120FPS gaming as well.
As per the company, the design of the 8-nm chipset in the phone is also meant to increase the performance level of the device.
The new smartphone has a Samsung HM2 sensor with a 108-megapixel camera at the back. It comes with 1/1.52-inch sensor size, 2.1 um superpixel, and an f/1.75 aperture. Also, there is an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, a 2 MP macro lens, and a 2 MP depth lens.
Moreover, the camera has other features like HDR, Google Lens, Night mode 2.0, long exposure modes, panorama, slow-mo, and more.
For clearer selfies, the smartphone sports a 16 MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture and a 1.0-micron pixel size.
It also has a massive battery backup with 4820 mAH and 33W fast charging. There are many connectivity options supported by the smartphone-like 5G, 3.5mm audio jack, WIFI, Bluetooth, and USB Type C port.
