This is the first time that government has imposed such a ban on the Apps from the china. In its earlier advisory it has suggested not to use the apps which have servers in China. As it involves high risk of passing all the secure information of the users via apps to the Chinese servers. This decision came during the growing tension across the borders. Now it is to see what will be the impact of this ban in the digital world as these apps have gained huge base of users in India.
